Aluminium Centrifugal Ventilators
These aluminium centrifugal ventilators are available in various types. There are different versions in the medium pressure and the high pressure range, which have varying capacities. These pumphouse ventilators stand out for their sustainability, due to the robust aluminium design, which makes them highly resistant against corrosion. Normal the aluminium centrifugal ventilators are suited to gases up to 80°C.
Dutair aluminium centrifugal ventilators are used for suction, blowing, cooling, aerating, oven-building and for creating over-pressure in tanks. There are also centrifugal ventilators which are particularly suited for the transport of materials.
Dutair aluminium centrifugal ventilators are available in many different types. There are various versions in the medium pressure and the high pressure range, which have varying capacities. The advantages include:
- lightweight due to use of aluminium
- compact size for building into machines
- corrosion resistant, robust aluminium pumphouse
- friction-free operation, thus no wear
- normally round ports for direct connection with hose or tubes
- large choice of capacities and pressures
- engines positioned outside air-flow
- standardly suited to gases up to 80°C
- vibration-free and pulsation-free operation
- universal voltages for export available
- often with adjustable pumphouse for favourable blowing position
- multiple uses in pressure or vacuum applications
These uses include suction, blowing, cooling, aerating, oven-building and the creation of over-pressure in tanks. BCT type Dutair centrifugal ventilators are particularly suited for the transport of materials through the ventilator.
